Jesus said, "The Kingdom of Heaven is like a man about to go on a journey, who called his own servants and entrusted his possessions to them." After a long while the man returned to check in on his servants and see how well they were stewarding that which had been entrusted to them. Those servants who stewarded well the possessions entrusted to them heard these words "Well done good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your master".

      In like manner, we as Christians are servants of the Lord and have been entrusted with stewardship of our own souls. This stewardship includes managing our P-prayer lives, our knowledge and understanding of God through His W-word, and the unity of the corporate body through our R-relationships in the community of Faith. The goal of each Flame-Keeper event is to facilitate growth in each these areas of stewardship (P-prayer, W-word, and R-relationships) so that when we stand before the Lord at the end of our lives we will also hear the words "Well done good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your master".
